So I promised on my last post on what my favorite lush product is (I know it's been AWHILE) but here it is! (Also, I've sent out all the packages from my blog sale. If you haven't received your items, you should be getting it soon!)

LUSH Sugar Babe Sugar Scrub

This is the best thing from LUSH. It's basically an exfoliating body scrub full of extra virgin coconut oil and after I finish showering with this, my body is SUPER SUPER SUPER soft. In my whole entire life, this is the ONLY scrub that has made my skin so soft. I seriously don't need body lotion after this, and I couldn't stop touching my legs! I wanted to do a review on this because this is my favorite product from LUSH and I think it's underrated since not a lot of people have mentioned about this. This thing last for a long time too, 1 bar lasts me for about 6-7 showers. (Of course I don't use it daily) You cut it up in pieces (extremely messy though) then run it through some water and crumble it on your hands. After that, it would melt into a sugary scrub and you just slather it on your body. I just checked online and LUSH came out a new sugar scrub called the Fairy Tale Sugar Scrub (smells like the Yummy Yummy Yummy body wash) and I can't wait to try that out! Please, you guys need to try this out it's the best thing ever! I'm already on my second bar & I also purchased the Sugar Scrub Sugar Scrub (The green one, good for fighting cellulite) I can't wait to test that out. :)

LUSH'S BIG shampoo

This shampoo is amazing. It smells wonderful, like a powdery scent. It lathers wonderfully and best of all, it makes my hair SQUEEKY clean and soft. The salts might be weird at first but all you do is slather it in your hair and it would instantly dissolve and turn into lather. I don't know what it is about this product, but it seriously cuts half the time out of drying my hair. Once I get out of the shower, I towel dry my hair and in 10 minutes, my hair would be dry already (no blow drying involved!) The only thing that I don't like about this product is that I don't feel like it gives you BIG hair. If anything, i feel like it flattens it! But the pro's definitely beats out the only con and I can just apply my fat hair lotion from GHD. Definitely should try this out!

St. Ives Collagen Elastin Facial Moisturizer

I think I found my new HG facial moisturizer! This moisturizer is like seriously a dream come true. It restores moisture for visibly softer, smoother skin. I've been using this for a week and when I wake up, my skin is SO radiant and soft! Alhough this says "restores moisture", it definitely does not make you oily. I have oily skin and the mosturizer is so light that it just sinks into your skin within seconds. It smells so fresh and best of all, you only need a LITTLE product to get your whole face and neck. It comes in a huge tub of 10 oz and the best thing of all? It was only 6$ ! You might even be able to get it for 4$ if you catch their sales. I don't even use my Clinique facial lotion anymore because it's THAT good. (It was 24$, what a big ass price difference!) This is the best moisturizer ever, i'm never going to stop using this! I love love love it, seriously girls you NEED this. Even if you don't like it on your face, you can use it as a neck cream as it restores collagen elastin. :) Absolute LOVE!

Products I'm loving & 1st blog sale!

Hey gals, I'm so sorry I haven't been updating much but I know it's no excuse. I have just been so lazy lately and so busy! School just started and I've been bombarded with readings and assignments. I still read my daily dose of beauty blogs though, it seems like it's the only place where I can take my mind off things & just dive into vanity. I've decided to blog about the products I'm loving right now because I LOVE those videos/blog posts myself! Hope you enjoy :)

CARMEX Moisturizing Lip Balm: I don't know why it took me so long to get this. It has the consistency of Vaseline and the tingly soothing feeling of Burt's Bee's Lip balm. Perfection in a tube and a little goes a long way.

Lancome Aqua Fusion Teinte: This is a lovely Tinted Moisturizer. I have it in both shades. 1 Naturel is for the winter and 2 Sand for the summer. It smells lovely fresh and contains SPF 20. This is great if I don't want something too heavy and is very hydrating. I picked this up at the Lancome Cosmetics Outlet for 10$!! This retails for 36$! I got the last shade 2, some lady wanted it but I grabbed it before she finished testing it out on her hand and by the time she wanted to pick up her own bottle, it was all gone. She kept staring at the bottle I have in my hand, haha. You snooze you lose!

ELF Make up remover Cleasing Cloths: These babies are surprisingly WONDERFUL! They are better than a lot of cleasing wipes I've used. It smells lovely (fresh summery scent) and is infused with Aloe Vera Extract for Moisturizing. These take off make up SO WELL. I love the fact that there is a lid for it so the product doesn't dry out. Honestly, half of the cleasing cloth gets rid of all my make up already so I cut them up to conserve :) I have 4 of these for back up, I wish I bought more! If 3$ isn't cheap already, I bought this when they had a sale for .75c each. I love deals!

Maybelline Super Stay Makeup 24 Hr: This foundation is simply THE BOMB! I've only used it for 2 days but it makes my face seriously FLAW-LESS. It claims to withstand heat, sweat and humidity. It is Oil-free and non pore clogging. This stuff does not break me out at all and looks beautiful. I've never had a foundation so perfect for me. I've tried MAC SFF which broke me out and Revlon which was too thick for me. this is breatheable and extremely wearable. I have it in shade Classic Beige. For reference, I'm am NC3o for MAC. (Summer shade) I also have this in Nude (It was BOGO half off, and it's going to be my winter shade which is NC25).

ELF Warm Bronzer/ ELF Complexion Brush & Powder Brush: The Warm bronzer is lovely for a nice contour and highlight color. It doesn't make me orange but gives me a nice golden glow. It's perfect because now I won't have to repurchase my expensive NARS laguna bronzer! I use the Complexion brush for highlight and counter, and the Powder brush for my powder foundations. Extremely high quality brushes for an extremely low price. LOVE!

MAC Well Dressed Powder Blush: Beautiful blush with silver undertone. Perfect for that quick pick me up glow! So pretty I love it!

Every day Minerals foundation in Light Olive Intensive: This has been one of my favorite mineral foundations of all time. If i'm feeling lazy, I would dab on concealer and use this. It's quick, easy, and best of all gives great coverage!

Clinique All about eyes: This is great for an eye cream. It has a gel like consistency and goes on velvety smooth. It diminishes the look of circles, shadows, puffs and lines. I don't know if it's a placebo but I have noticed my bags being lighter and less bags! Take it from a girl who wakes up at 6:30AM for school. (Havn't had to wake up this early since HS! Ugh.)

Bath and Body works Sleep Body Lotion & Sleep Pillow Mist: This is great if I want to relax and fall asleep faster. I also have the Sleep Massage Oil and everytime I massage my boyfriend with it, he knocks out! He claim that it's like a drug or something lol. It has a lavender Vanilla scent which is lovely. I have a back up of the pillow mist since this one is running out. A little goes a LONG way!

Lipstick Whore

MAC LIPSTICK

If any of you guys are wondering what this is, I melted my MAC Creme D' Nude L/S in this pot because it was mushy already (Left it in the heat). It's pretty much solid but I felt like I shouldn't waste a drop of it so I mushed some to the side as well. (Thus making it look liquid-y and creamy) This was fairly simple, I will be doing more of this if any of my lipsticks are messed up. :)

LILY, where have you been? + Face/foundation routine

HELLLO GIRLS! It has been a month since my last post, I'm so sorry I haven't been updating my blog for so long. I was dealing with some family problems earlier in the month. My family closed down their business and they are not planning to work anymore. This leaves such a high level of stress on me because they are depending on me to make the money now (Of course when I graduate and get a steady job) but for now, they'll be living off the money thats left. I feel so bad because I can't do anything to help. I have to learn how to save because since they are not getting any income anymore, I feel like it's wrong for me to have them pay for my tuition. (I go to a private college, tuition is NOT cheap!) So I have just been working this summer and trying EXTREMELY hard to save and not cave in and buy any more make up. After this incident, I realized I've been so spoiled because I usually buy whatever I want. I do make my own money but I feel like it should be spent on food, books and my college tuition. I try to look for BOGO'S in drug stores now and I don't even want to set foot near any MAC stores, lol. I was really uninspired to do any blogs because I feel like I have nothing to blog about anymore and whenever I sign on, I just want to buy everything everyone blogs about. I will however, take things one step at a time. I will be posting more frequently now since things have been settling down. I thank those that stuck by me and is still interested in reading my blog. Without further ado, heres my daily summer face & foundation routine! :)

Morning Facial Cleansers : I alternate between the Cetaphil Gentle Skin cleanser (Can be purchased from drug stores) and the Tea Tree Oil Facial Wash from the Body Shop. Both are extremely gentle, I wouldn't want anything rough in the morning because it will cause redness and I wouldn't want that when I put my make up on!

Night Facial Cleansers: I alternate between the LUSH Dark Angels Cleanser and the St. Ives Apricot Scrub. Both scrubs works extremely well with exfoliating my skin and leaves my face really soft.

Morning & Night Moisturizers: I use the Clinique Dramatically different moisturizing gel at night and the Clean and Clear Day soft Oil-free moisturizer in the morning. The Clean and clear moisturizer contains SPF 15 and it softens and protects while keeping pores clear.

Face Application: I first prime my face with Smashbox photo finish light primer. (The best primer I've used thus far and it really makes a difference in my make up's staying power. I really want to repurchase this once I run out but I'm not sure my financial status can hold up to 36$ for a primer!) I then mix the Missha BB cream (SPF 42) with my Smashbox Sheer Focus Tinted moisturizer in Light (SPF 15). The reason why I mix them is because I find that the BB cream is too thick for me and I want the TM to sheer it out. I use the Laguna Bronzer last after I set my powder. The bronzer is another product that I LOVE but not sure if I am willing to fork out 30$ once I run out of it. :(

Setting Powder: This is ONE of the key step to my "flawless skin". I use Every day Minerals in Light Olive and Golden Medium, both with intensive finishes which gives awesome full coverage. I am an NC25-30 with olive/yellow undertones and this powder is AMAZING. I've used it years ago (was my first face make up ever) and I stopped because I wanted to see what else was in the market. I came back to EDM this summer and had just placed another order because I'm running out. It SERIOUSLY hides my pores very well and is extremely cheap compared to other powders. I actually like this a lot more than MAC's MSF Natural.

KEY INGREDIENT TO MY "FLAWNESS SKIN"

Okay guys, I thank all of you for complimenting me on my skin but I seriously DO NOT have flawless skin. What is the key ingredient that makes my skin so dewy? MAC MSFS & Mineralize blushes! They serious make a HUGE difference. Whenever I have it on, it gives me a beautiful glow and finish! Sometimes I put a powdered blush on my cheeks and something mineralized on my cheekbones, but I always put one on and I alternate depending on what I'm feeling that day. This is my mineralized collection thus far.

MSF's : Petticoat , Refined , Soft & Gentle. Honestly, I only swatched petticoat twice. It still has the plastic thing on the top. It's so pink, I can't seem to make it work on me. That's the only MSF that I don't use, agh what a waste! :(

Lips & touch ups: MAC TLC in Pink fish and Blotting powder in Medium. I am truly upset because I haven't purchased a back up of Pink Fish. I've been using it daily because it gives such a beautiful finish and pigment AND it has SPF 15! I know it's sold out everywhere now, I even checked on ebay and they're selling it for 25-30$ a pop, that's insane. Does anyone know if the TLC from the permanent line is any good at all?

Make up removal & toner: I use the VS whole face make up remover (onto my 2nd bottle out of 5 that I purchased) and the YSL Instant pur Mattifing beauty toner. The toner really makes my face smooth and matte, perfect for make up application in the morning!

July 4th & FOTD

Just a quick update. My July 4th was awesome. We had a BBQ with close friends and family, then we went to my boyfriend's work place to see the fire works. His building was right next to the Macy's ship that launches the fire works so we got a perfect view without the crowding. We were actually comfortable sitting on chairs and snapping pictures! Anyways, here are some pictures for you to enjoy :)

Here I am wearing the Mac's Cheek & Cheerful blush. (Swatch on previous post.) I also contoured my cheek bones with Nars Laguna bronzer. (LOVE!) I have on Everyday Minerals foundation and I forgot what l/s I have on ... sorry! I also have on Ardel's sweeties lashes. I am so pissed because it was my first time wearing it and by the time I came home, I was so light headed so I just left the lashes in the bathroom and I think my mom threw them out in the morning! :(

MAC Color Crafted haul

So today I was so excited because it was the release date of the Euristocrats 2 collection and I told myself that I would NOT miss out on the saint Germain L/S again. When I went to my local MACY'S, instead of finding the Euristocrats 2 collection, the Color crafted collection was out! I was so surprised because this collection is not even online yet! I only got 2 things but I might go back for more, I don't know yet. These are the items that I got:

Thoughts: I am totally in L-O-V-E with the lipstick. It's described as a milky pink, it reminds me of saint germain but a totally wearable version. I am so glad I saw this lipstick instead because I think I'm going to pick up a back up of this baby and skip on the saint germain L/S. (Since it's ampted up and not every day friendly.) Color Crafted lipstick is my new favorite lipstick of all time! I'm in love! The Blush is SO beautiful. It reminds me of Warm Soul Mineralize blush but it is a bit darker. It is perfect for the summer to look bronzier. The MSF'S in my opinion were too chunky for me, the other blushes were SO PRETTY ... I'm considering about getting 1 more. I am going to be broke after this. Anyways, please wait until the Color crafted collection comes out before you spend your money on the Euristocrats 2 collection. Theres so many blushes and MSF's, i wanted to buy it all! Definitely picking a back up of the L/S :)

Backup of my favorite L/S of all time, Creme De Nude! My other L/S melted and it's all yucky right now, I have to apply it on with a lip brush. :(

MAC Dazzleglasses T to B: Smile - Money, Honey - Like Venus

Swatches: Smile - Money, Honey - Like Venus. They are so freaking gorgeous! At first when I saw the new dazzleglasses coming out with the Euristocrats 2 Collection, I wanted to return some and get those others instead. After swatching them and trying them on, I can't let any of them go!

BBW Candle in Sweet Pea 10$ : Retail was 20$, this smells DIVINE and it has 3 wicks for it to burn evenly. This candle is HUGE. It's 14.5 Oz. The scent is very calming, I would lit this up at night to calm my senses and get ready for bed :)

BBW candie in Butterfly Flower $2.50 : These candles were 75% off. This stuff smells SO WONDERFUL. It makes me wake up, it smells sweet orange flowers (Bad imagery lol) but it's something I would like to smell in the morning. It's 4 oz, smaller than the other one. Get them before it's gone!

Wallflowers refills in Shore Breeze 4$ : I also got the plug in set for 4$ in Dancing Waters. (My new favorite scent!) It's plugged in the bathroom for it to smell all nice, I really like these because the flowers are cute as well. :)

Krystal's Contest!

So Krystal is having a contest on her blog to recreate one of the MAC collection 's look! This is my FIRST TIME trying to re-create a look and my first time experimenting and doing make up like this. If you know me, I don't wear eyeshadow at all so this was pretty tough for me. I am kind of scared/embarrassed because I feel like an amateur & I feel like it's nothing compared to the others. MY RE-CREATION

Whole face.

Close up of face. I used PEACE from the Urban decay palette but the color was too blue so I blended it in with the matte white in the ELF's dramatic quad and Frost Bitten (shimmer pigment) from Every Day Minerals to make it a light turquoise color.

Close up of the side. If you examine the picture, the model's face is deeply contoured but the rest of her face is white!

Eyes!

Final body shot attempt of recreating her look. I tried SO HARD to mimic her face. The model's face look so sincere and relaxed. It was so hard to do! (Now I know what the ladies go through in America's Next Top Model.) My arm's position totally failed because when I went back to the picture, they were totally in the wrong position LOL. I have my hands on my head because the girl was pouring milk with her hand held up, and I do NOT want to experiment with that so I just placed my hands there. I showed this picture to my boyfriend before posting it up and asked if it was okay because it's pretty exposing, and all he said was "How come you don't dress up like this for me, but for a contest!!?" Silly boo.

If anyone is wondering, this is on the tip of my nails. This nail polish is only 1$ but it stays on for SO LONG because of the Sally Hanson Maximum Growth Daily Nail growth program. (Long name! I'm in L-O-V-E with my boyfriend because he supports me in everything I do. For example, my make up obession, some guys would find it to be stupid or unecessary. VICTORIA'S SECRET

Very Sexy Total Make up remover : This is by far t he B-E-S-T make up remover I've ever tried in my whole entire life! This stuff removes my WATERPROOF mascara like NOTHING. This gentle make up remover removes make up from lids, lashes, lips and all over the face. I bought 1 bottle at the time not knowing how wonderful it is, I had to go back and get 4 more! This make up remover reminds me of the Lancome Bi-facial, I actually think that it might be the same! (I have tested out the Lancome in the store) It has a layer of oil which helps dissolve the make up. I love this stuff! I got this for 2.50$ during their 75% off sale. Please visit your nearest VS and see if they still have it in stock, theres no harm to try it!

This is the residue of my mascara. I used the mandom make up remover at FIRST. I noticed it didn't really take off all the waterproof mascara. (I used lashblash) I then later used the VS make up remover and BAM! Look at this gunk it took off! And to think I was just going to sleep with this gunk on my eyes!

VS L/S in Spontaneous & Satin Sheets : Spontaneous is a sparkly gold nude but what I don't like about these L/S is that they seem kind of melty. It is very moisturzing but when I use the L/S, it creates a dent on the back of the L/S in which I don't like. I havn't tried Satin Sheets yet but for 3$ a pop, you can't go wrong!

Mosaic Blush in GOOD TO GO : This blush is a great highligher & if you want to get color, you can swipe your brush in the middle to get a deeper color. well worth the 4.50$ !

VS Face brush & Lip Brush : The face brush sucks, it's not soft at all! The lip brush is good, I love that it came with a tube that seals it so I can throw this is my bag for travel.

I got this coach bag for only 130$ !! Retail was 450$! I got this at the Tanger Outlet Mall during Memorial Day weekend. This bag is HUGE and I can store all my books for school. I love it!

PLEASE EXCUSE MY ROOM. It's messy don't pay attention to the background! lol Anyway, I love this COACH bag, it's so cute and classy. This was the last one left displayed and when I had this in hand, literally 4 woman came up to me and asked me where I got it. I believe this was 120$, not worth it considering I got the bag above for 130$ but it's still very handy to me. I can wear this 2 ways. Across the body (the main reason why I bought it) and on the shoulders ( I probably wouldn't wear it like that. The bag is too small! )

Shoes from Aldos. They are so comfy, 40$ !

GAP sandles. 10$ for flip flops & 20$ for the turqouise ones. They fit a bit big on me once I tried it at home though! Size 6, I might just sell it. Ugh, I loved the color too!

Dark Angels Cleanser: So LUSH came out with a new cleanser during May, I figured I'd go in and get a sample of it. This cleanser smells JUST like Coal Face but in clay form. It's a mix of Coal face and angels on bare skin (texture is SAME as angels on bare skin) but it is more gritty. It's great to exfoliate, LUSH never seems to fail. Great product!

NARS Laguna Bronzer : I honestly don't know how I did so long with out this. This bronzer blends with my skin EFFORTLESSLY. Once I apply it on my NC25 Skin, it blends in so naturally. Theres no orange streaking or noticible difference in my skin, it gives such a beautiful subtle contour. This stuff freaking rocks, 30$ is a bit steep but it'll take a LONG time to use up!

FOTD

Here, I don't have any make up on except for the Missha BB cream. I love it, it gives such beautiful coverage and when I removed my make up, i actually noticed my skin BRIGHTER and clearer. I never noticed my skin like this with any other bb cream. This is the real deal for me, I will do a review on this once I use this a few more times.

I am using the Lancome Aqua TM and warm soul blush, I love the Lancome TM!

CCO/Lancome/YSL haul Pt. 1

Hello everyone! Due to popular demand, this post consists of hauls & mini reviews. I will be breaking this post into 2 parts because there are just too many pictures & items to upload & review! The reason why I asked earlier if anyone is interested in my haul is because I was not sure if people enjoyed reading up on hauls or not. Personally, I LOVE haul posts because I get to read up on other people's opinion about a certain product or discover new ones as well. Sorry for the delayed post but my life has been hectic lately due to summer school. I can't wait until June 25th when it's all over! Without further ado, here are the things I got within the last 3 weeks :) WARNING: Picture heavy!

COSMETICS COMPANY OUTLET

Tinted Lip Conditioner Stick SPF 15 in Strobeblossom : This stuff goes on amazingly smooth and very moisturizing! I was in love with Pink Fish tinted lip conditioner from the Hello Kitty collection but I hated digging my fingers or using a lip brush so I was looking around for a stick form. The color is a subtle pink with shimmers. It's so smooth, I actually have it on right now!

MAC Mineralize Satinfinish SPF 15 foundation NC25 : This foundation is really light and blends beautifully. It gives just the right coverage and is not thick or cakey at all. I got a sample of this and was deciding if I should fork out the 28$ for this baby or not. I saw it at the CCO for $19.75 and quickly grabbed this baby and stored it in my basket. :)

Warm Soul Mineralize Blush & Fleurry Powder Blush : I am in L-O-V-E with the warm soul blush. It makes my NC25 skin looks alive & gives it a beautiful glow. I think this is my favorite blush thus far! The Fleurry is so beautiful with an irredencent glow. Its a pinky peach blush with specs of shimmer. It reminds me so much of spaced out!

Fleurry Blush & Spaced out blush comparasion: They look SO similar in the pan, no?! The spaced out is a sheertone shimmer blush where as Fleurry is a frost.

Fleurry on the top and spaced out on the bottom, you can tell spaced out is more peachy and fleurry is more pink. They both look beautiful on the skin!

Earthly Riches Mineralize E/S & Petticoast MSF : The E/S is for my sister so I don't really have any comments on it other than the color is very pretty! When petticoat first came out, I was hesitant to get it because it was too pink for my taste. Lately, i've been leaning more towards the pink blushes and this gives such a pretty pink shimmer!

Medium Natural/and shimmer MSF : I have the MSF natural in Medium Plus but now it's too dark for me (I got it in the summer) So when I saw this at the CCO, I got this with the shimmer. The shimmer is such a beautiful highlighter and this powder seriously gives my face a flawless finish.

Speed Dial L/S & Utter Pervette L/S : I have swatched speed dial in the store and really liked it, yet I have not tried it on my lips yet. Utter Pervetter is such a beautiful natural color. It gives your lips a soft pink tint, It's like baby pink with a touch of nude.

LANCOME COSMETICS & ETC.

Lancome Aqua Fusion Teinte #1 Naturel : This, my friend, is my FAVORITE tinted moisturizer. I have used this every single day since I've gotten it. I am so sad that I got this in the Lancome store while they were having their sale, when I went back they only had the #4 dark tint left! This gives great coverage and smells SO wonderful. It also contains SPF 20. I love love LOVE it!! I like this better than my smashbox TM. I wish I had bought a back up for this baby :(

Lancome Imanance Tinted Moisturizer in Bisque : This TM contains SPF 15. For some reason when I swatched this at the store, it was my shade but when I got it at home it was darker on my skin. Maybe I bought the wrong color? This TM gives great coverage as well, I might just use this when I get darker or sell it. This TM is good for those that are NC30 - NC 35. Anyone interested? I have swatched it once. It's 1.7 FL. OZ. retails 43$, 36$ at the Lancome CCO, Asking for 30$.

Lancome Color Design cream blush in Molten Pink : This gives such a pretty rosey glow, glides on creamy and extremly blendable! :)

Lancome Miel Glace Blush Subtil : This blush is oil free and gives such a soft finish. I have no swatched it yet because this is being given out as a gift.

Lancome Fever Gloss in Femme Petale & Juicy Tubes in Strawberry Sorbert : They are both gorgeous pink colors! I have not swatched these because I might be giving thse out as prizes for an upcoming give away :)

Lancome L/s in Pale lip (cream) : wowie, this looks so pretty! Have not swatched this either because it's going out as a gift.

YSL Instant PUR Matifying beauty Toner : This is a matifying lotion as it controls excess sebum and gives your skin a soft finish. I have no used this product enough to review it yet but so far, it's been working pretty well! I will do an elaborated review on this upon request.

HELLO to all! I'm so sorry I haven't been blogging lately but I was super busy with finals and just being a super bum lately. I'm glad to say that finals are finally over and yes, you know your girl got that 4.0 GPA this semester! (3.9 Overall, hell yes!) You must know that I work hard, but after a hard day of school I GOT to shop hard! I know I'm doing that project 10 pan thing, but I broke the rules by purchasing 2* make up products. I just had to, I had to celebrate!!

So my birthday just passed and it was quite lovely. I didn't really expect a lot because I had a final the next day, I just had a simple dinner with friends (3 separate dinners to be exact lol) and I couldn't ask for more. Even though I'm only 20, I'm at a stage in my life that I am so happy and satisfied with everything around me. I have great people in my life that are happy and healthy, I couldn't ask for more. I don't understand why some people would say "it's just another birthday. Why be happy, I'm getting older - closer to death!" I would say that you should be happy because you are actually living for another year to see your loved ones. It just hit me point blank that it doesn't matter how many gifts I get or how many people wishes me a Happy Birthday or how big my birthday bash was, what matter's most is that I'm LIVING, BREATHING and SHOPPING! lol, totally joking about the last part. :) Now ONTO PICTURES GALORE!

VS ACAI Berry & Magnolia set : Thanks to my girl lina, this set comes with an illuminating body polish (LOVE!) a body wash & lotion. This scent smells so good, the whole kit supposedly "protects & brightens." I love it! I'm in love with the body polish the most because it really makes my skin baby soft & did I mention that the scent is to die for!?

Hot pink 16GB Nano Ipod: Baby boo got this for me since I only had the 2GB one in which I can't store as much music. LOVE IT! I swear my boo thinks I'm in love with pink though .. (pink camera, pink ipod!) None the less, real real cute :) He's the best!

Turqouise Skull candy headphones: In case anyone is wondering, I use the Skull candy headphones which are BOMB ASS. It really eliminates outside sound, in which the regular apple head phones cannot. (They suck!) If any of you are looking for a relatively cheap and comfortable headphone, defnitely opt for these babies! It comes in a wide range of colors!

MAC Summer Rose beauty powder: My boo told my friend Will that I wanted this for the longest, so he got me this along with the ipod case. (shown above) now I got both beauty powders, yay! This is honestly more pigmented than Blush of youth. I don't have to work as hard to get the color, very very pretty! I'm an NC 25 and you can definitely see the color with just 2 swipes!

MAC select cover up in NC20 : Honestly, I like the Studio Sculpt concealer better. It's creamier, has more coverage and spreads easier. (I got this for my sister for her birthday because she didn't like the studio sculpt, too creamy for her) But she said that this product breaks her out! Does anyone know if I can return this? I've never returned any MAC products before, is it returnable even though it's been used? If anyone know, please tell me!

Urban Decay Delux Palette w/ mini Primer: This palette is so pretty! Since i'm not an e/s girl, I got this for my sister for her birthday. I've played with the colors and they are so pretty & pigmented!

HIP Gel Cream liner in brown & midnight blue: It was BOGO at wallgreens, needed a brown e/l for the longest!

Garnier Fructis Style Brilliantine Ship Glistening drops: I wanted my hair to shine and glisten so I'd thought i'd give this a try. This stuff smells SO GOOD (very fruity!) and makes my hair silky soft!

Ojon Hair Dry Cleanser (8$) & Pore Perfecting facial polish (30$) : Got both at sephora, they were having a "sweet deal" on the dry hair shampoo so I'd thought I'd give it a try. It surprisingly smells WONDERFUL and plumps up my hair quite nicely. I only tried it once so I would need to use it a couple of times more to make a final judgement. The pore perfecting polish makes my face feels SO clean, again, I need to use it longer to see clearer results.

MAC 109 brush : Finally got this brush for liquid foundation! I've used it for contouring as well (it's main purpose) and I have to say I like this for countouring better than the MAC 168. (Another countouring brush.) For liquid foundation application, it takes a little more time to blend but definitely not as streaky as the MAC 187.

Products I can't live without & EOTD

As promised, I've came up with several items that I cannot live without. The ones with the asterisk are SERIOUSLY the products I cannot live without, the rest are items that I really really really really ReALLLY enjoy and would rather live with, lol. The items are not in any particular order.

1. *MAC Black Track Fluid Line: This is the best eyeliner I've ever used. I will never ever try another eyeliner again, this is what I'm wearing till the day I die! This stuff is creamy and stays on the WHOLE day without smudging. It does wonders on the waterline, it seriously does NOT fade away at all. (Not like the other eyeliners I've used.) The packaging looks very small but I've had this for OVER a year and I still have this much product left. A little goes a LONG way, definitely worth 17$!

2. MAC 190, Bare Essential Concealer brush, *MAC 187: I love the MAC 187 due to it's multi-purposes. I use the 187 for blush, powder, liquid foundation, anything! Sometimes I use the 190 for liquid foundation but mostly, I use it to spread the concealer i've applied on my face with the bare essentials concealer brush. (LOVE!) Brushes havn't been washed yet, disregard the dirty brushes.

3. MAC Studio Sclupt concealer in NC20: What else can I say? I use this concealer every single day. This concealer is bomb ass for concealing but since I have oily skin, it might be a little too creamy for my face. I will try the other MAC concealer after I use up this one. None the less, the coverage is AWESOME and it blends beautifully.

4. GHD Fat Hair Lotion for all over Volume: This lotion plumps and makes your hair so thick and voluminous, I am never going to part with this baby! For a more detailed review, please visit a few posts below.

5. *Best bath store Acne Gel : I love this acne gel. It contains all organic ingredients and it doesn't sting when I put it on. I can really see an improvement on my pimple size just after 2 uses. My bf loves it as well, he even asked where he can purchase his own bottle!

6. Dr. Jarts+ BB cream: This is my most favorite BB cream ever! I've tried the Legere BB cream but it's nothing compared to Dr. Jarts+. This BB cream covers SO WELL and evens out my skin tone. I am not going to get too into BB creams, but if you have not tried this yet, you must!

7. MAC Prep+Prime Transparant Finishing Powder: This powder seriously does it all. I love to use this to set my powder, it is so light & a little goes a long way. It's formulated to control oil, clear pores and imperfections and it is so soft and silky! It gives me such a beautiful canvas :)

8. *Smashbox Photo Finish Primer in Light: I seriously don't know how I did so long without this. This is the BEST primer I've used thus far, and i'm not going to change primers any longer. I never really used primers and I can tell that there is such a difference when using one. Although it can be pretty expensive, again, a little goes a long way. It mattifies my face and controls my oil SO SO well! (Thanks bunnie for telling me about this!) I only have to blot ONCE the whole day, and sometimes I don't need to blot at all! LOVE IT!

9. *ELF Eyebrow kit in dark: This is a really great kit for 3$. Powdering your eye brows makes such a difference because your eye brows really defines your whole face. I only use the Dark wax side, the brown is too light for me. I love that it came with an application as well!

10. MAC Dazzle glass in baby sparks: This is hands down the BEST lip gloss I own. It's so sparkly, I just love it on my lips! When I have it on, no joke I feel like the baddest bitch on the block. My lip gloss is seriously popping, lmao. I want more more more but I need to keep reminding myself that I don't need it. :( I would give up the lip glasses for these dazzle glasses any day!

EYES OF THE DAY

I was bored and opt for a look I'd normally wouldn't go for. This look is SO dramatic, I usually wear light/bright colors. Do you think this works for me? I'm thinking if I should wear this look for my Birthday tomorrow. Any thoughts?

I purchased some stuff from the A rose romance collection and might I add this is the first collection that I've spent the most money on. The beauty powders and lipsticks are GORGEOUS. They are so light and wearable! Without further-ado, here are the stuff I got on Thursday. I was probably the first person to play with the products there because the products were in mint condition and it was early in the morning. (I had a break during school and Macy's was 4 blocks away. Big temptation there!)

FIX+ Rose(x 2!) $17.00 : This skin refresher/finishing mist smells and feels great on the skin. I had to get a back up of this baby! (Since my current fix+ is running low anyway) By the way, if you think the Shiseido Hadasui Mist is similar to this, you are DEAD wrong. The Fix+ feels SO much better on the skin and it actually feels refreshing. The Shiseido Mist on the other hand, feels SO light that I feel like hardly any products come out. I LOVE FIX+ ROSE!

MAC Perfume Hue: DEJAROSE $22.50 - This perfume smells just like roses! It has a really true rose scent, none like I've ever smelled before. (Only on real roses of course) I couldn't resist this! The store I went to only have 6 in stock & they won't restock after it's gone. Thank goodness I was the first there!

Way to Love L/S $14.00 - This color looks so perfect! It has a light pink/light coral color to it. It's so perfect for me, I think I've found my favorite L/S!

Beauty Powder in Blush of Youth $22.00 - This beauty powder looks GREAT as a blusher. (And such great packaging too, I'm sure everyone would agree with me!) Although I do have to swipe the pan a few more times than usual to get some color, the out come of it is purely amazing. It gives such a beautiful subtle light flushed look. The best part? It looks so goddamn NATURAL! I never thought I could pull off a pink blush, I've always thought it looks weird on me. I really want to go back to get the other Beauty powder in Summer Rose but I promised myself Project 10 Pan starts on Thursday... What to do!?! I really feel like cheating and getting it. I should have gotten it the day of but I was very indecisive about it. Summer Rose is VERY pigmented and it would probably show on the face with 2 swipes.(There will be pictures of me with this blush on further in the post.)

MAC Prep & Prime Transparent Finishing Powder $21.00 - This is quickly going on the top of the list of products I cannot live without. (Will do on my HG items on my next post) I cannot believe I've lived for so long without this powder! This is so silky and it sets my makeup so well. It reduces my shine and minimizes the look of pores and imperfections. I am never ever buying another finishing powder, this is it! I cannot live with out this baby. Smashbox Photo finish Light $36.00 V.S MUFE HD primer in #7 PINK $34.00
I have returned my previous primers because I felt like they just weren't good enough. If i was going to splurge on a primer, I better find one that has NO imperfections and one that I truly love. That is when Smashbox Light primer came along! This primer works like a DREAM .... seriously. When i have this on, my face does not get as oily and my make up stayed put the whole day. I was sweating and walking around the Zoo this weekend and surprisingly, my face was not as oily and my makeup was still looking fresh after I got home! The MUFE Primer on the other hand does brighten up my skin due to its "pink-ness" but it's crap in the controling oil department. I might just return the MUFE and get another back up of the Smashbox, it's love!!

MISSHA Perfect Cover BB cream $24.00 : I went into the official Missha store and bought this BB cream. I've heard so many great things about it and I wanted to expand my BB cream collection. I have yet to try this yet but it contains SPF 42 and I got it in No. 23 (the darker shade) Will do a review on it if anyone is interested :)

Yogurt Sheet Mask (x 2) $2.99 - I got one for me and my mom. This mask smells super delicious but the only thing is that it got really sticky after I took it off. I think I'm supposed to wash it off but the instructions says to pat the product into my skin after you take it off to fully absorb the goodness. I'm not sure about it... but it was a nice and refreshing mask non the less. (click picture to view instructions)

MISSHA E/S $1.00 each - There was a sale going on for 50% off, so basically it was really .50c each! These e/s are extremly pigmented and definitely high quality. It stays put in the eyes all day, my sister loves them! (Sorry girls, no flash because it takes away the color of the e/s)

Yogurt Mask Starberry Peel-off type $5.00 : I got this on sale for BOGO so it was really 2.50$! My sister is in love with this mask (she didn't peel it off, she washed it off because she couldn't or didn'nt know how to lmao!) This mask contains strawberry extract and yogurt powder. The texture is very creamy and very hard to spread so you would have to wet your face a bit first. It reminds me of the QUEEN HELENE MINT mask because it exposes all your pores! When I peeled it off, it hurt like a freaking biatch! My face was definitely glowing afterwards but I'm not sure if I can stand the pain. The things we do for beauty!

Yogurt Mask Mango $2.50 - I got this with the BOGO sale. I have not used this mask yet but it smells so delicious and it looks JUST like yogurt in the jar! It also has little scrub particles to exfoliate. My sister has used both and she said she liked the strawberry one better. I will be the judge of that! Please ask if you are interested in a full on review.

Here are some of the FOTD and EOTD I did over the weekend. I also went to the Bronx Zoo on Sunday when it was scortching hot. (bad idea) None the less, it was a really good experience and I got to see many nice animals!

Curled my hair, I am beginning to love the Lucido L Curling lotion!

EOTD: Very very simple. I lined the top with Black track F/L and have Lash blast mascara on. On the lash line, I have MUFE khol pencil in 3K. On the inner corners, I have on Everydayminerals e/s in Frost Bitten.

Crazy how a pop of color on the lashline can give you all the difference. I also have Blush on youth beauty powder on my cheeks. Its so natural and gives such a pretty glow!

THE ZOO! I felt like a kid again going back to the zoo. There were so many animals there, I wouldn't imagine finding them at the Bronx zoo. There were Lions, Lizards, Leopards, Polar Bears, Grizzly Bears, Snakes, Giraffes, Elephants, Rhinos, Zebras, Owls, Bats and TONS MORE!

So lately I've been hauling like a mad women. After next Thursday (When the A Rose Romance Collection comes out by MAC) I will seriously be joining Laura (Lollipop26) in her Project 10 pan! Basically, it's a promise to yourself that you can only purchase an item AFTER you have used up 10 items of your own. Honestly, it is a very difficult task for me because 10 items is a lot! But, I only have 2 more things to purchase on my list (MAC collection & Clinique Even Better Foundation) And I will start immediately! Wish me luck girls & I hope you will join me as well :) ONTO THE GOODIES!

MUFE HD Microperfecting Primer in 0 Neutral - $32: I haven't really tried the Neutral yet but I was trying to use up the Pink (#7) sample that I got. The pink one brightens the complexion and counteracts sallow undertones. So far, I really really like the pink one. It really brightens up my complexion! My sister has been using the Neutral one and I GUESS she likes it since she uses it everyday but never tells me what she thinks of it. Shes a lucky bitch because I buy so much shit and she uses all of it!

I accidently grabbed the GREEN HD Primer when I really wanted the Neutral one (This is before I returned it for the Neutral) I thought hey, won't don't I try it out anyway? Honestly, I really did NOT like it one bit. The green is supposed to minimize redness. When I put it on, my face looks green! (In real life, you can really see the green-ness on my hands)

Smashbox Sheer Focus Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15 - 30$ : I am in LOVE LOVE LOVE with this TM. This is liquidy and VERY spreadable. The color quickly matches my skin and evens out my skintone very nicely. I love this TM more than the Clinique TM. (In which I returned, thank god.) The main reason why I got this is for the summer because I don't think I would want to use my BB creams in the summer (Because it has whitening properties) So i opt for this baby! :)

Physicans Formula Shimmer stips & Summer Eclipse Bronzing and shimmery Face powder- 2$ each: I picked this up in the drugstore when they were having a BOGO sale & it was 5$ off each compact. So in total, I paid around 2$ for each compact when they were 12$/each retail! I really like the shimmer strip as a blush to give that luminous glow & the Summer Ecplise as a bronzer. The Shipper strips looks SO MUCH like the Sephora Trio Bronzers. (16$ for 3 strips.) The compact was totally small compared to this one! :(

CARGO Blu Ray Pressed Powder: 30$ - I really like this powder except when I opened it up, the mirror was freaking broken and it took literally 2 minutes to open it! I will be exchanging it for a new one but I should really start checking the products INSIDE the box before I purchase it. I've tried on the powder before purchasing it and it lasted me all day and controls my oil REALLY well. All in all, this powder rocks!

RALPH by Ralph Lauren- 1oz $28.50: This has been my favorite purfume of all times. I ran out of this so I picked this up again. LOVES it!

Sephora Eye Liner Brush - 11$ : I optd for this eyeliner because I wanted to try a thinner eyeliner brush. (I use the angle liner brush from Sephora as well) Sadly to say, I will be returning this because this brush picks up SO little product and it is SO thin to work with. My eyeliner also did NOT last all day (as opposed to the angled liner brush) I never thought that the brush you use can cause the lasting effect of your liner! Needless to say, my angle liner will always be #1 haha.

Make up Forever Eyeliner in 3K Turquoise - 17$ : I love this color for the water line. It gives such a beautiful pop and the color actually lasts all day!

Laura Mercier TM in Sand and Clinique Even Better Foundation samples: I got the Laura Mercier as a free gift because I have reached over 100 points. I really do NOT like this TM. This is VERY very sheer and gives NO coverage at all. The color comes out pretty dark and pigmented but once it comes in contact with my face, the color is gone. I don't like it! I also got the Clinique foundation in CreamWhip. I wanted to purchased this foundation but they ran out so I will be looking for it somewhere else. It matches my skintone perfectly and controls my oil very well! Using it over time will result in improved skin clarity, improved skin tone and visibly diminish age spots. (Scars for me) I can't wait to see the results on this! :)

Wiccy Magic Muscles Massage Bar $8.75 : I would say this is a pretty good massage bar. It smells very herbally, it actually smells like chinese meds lol. I was walking all day and my legs were sore. I massaged this into my skin and right afterwards, I felt a really cool freshing tingly feeling. Very good for sore muscles!

Ocean Salt Cleanser 8.8Oz $32.95 : This cleanser makes my face feel SO SOFT. Softer than any other cleanser I've ever used. You can also use this to exfoliate your body. It smells amazing, I just had to get it!

Coal Face Cleanser $14.75 : I really like Coal face. In my opinion, it smells very nice & it makes my face CLEAR and CLEAN. I got such a huge chunk (Sharing it with my sis) It will always be my go to cleanser. I need to use up my Angels on Bare skin first. Its a good cleanser, it makes my skin soft and everything but I feel like it really does nothing for my skin. Coal face on the other hand controls my oil and I really feel like it cleared out my blemishes as well.

Acne Treatment Gel 4OZ $19.95 - I have only used this Acne Gel two times but I really like it because I can already see results! My big red pimple calmed down and is down to half it's size. I also like it because it doesnt sting when I put it on an affected area. It doesn't have any of those harsh chemicals and its HUGE for an acne gel! This product also intrigued me because LUSH doesn't have any spot healing gel for your acne. The ingredients are ALL organic, please check this out on their website. It's such a good bargain :)

Very generous sizes! I have already tried out the Dead Sea body bar and I L-O-V-E it! The size is so big, I think I can use it for 2 weeks. The price for the regular size is not bad at all. I believe its $5.95, which is way cheaper than Lush soaps. This soap has little specs that exfoliates your skin and it feels SO GOOD because its so gentle and it feels like I am getting a good back scratch haha. All in all, I will definitely be using this baby wisely since I will not be ordering any products anytime soon. (Project 10 pan!)

Mac's Baby Sparks from the Dazzelglass collection : My lips are super shiny & I love the specs of glitter! I seriously feel like the shit when I have this on, my lipgloss be poppin! haha

Mac's Prep and Prime Skin Refined Zone: This primer is good for minimizing pores but after seeing Mel's post, I'm not sure if I believe in it anymore! This primer really does a good job in matifing my skin before make up application though. I need more time to judge this product. This stuff was also super tiny! Look at the size comparison with my hand.

Time to review for my test & hit the sheets. This weekend was SO LOVELY but I didn't even get to enjoy the weather because I have 3 tests coming up. What a freaking bummer! I hope you guys had a better weekend than I did. Enjoy Lovelies and say YES TO PROJECT 10 PAN!

Chanel Frames, anyone?

So I've recently been extremely bored of my frames, and since they are in perfect condition I'm wondering if anyone would be interested in purchasing them. I have two pairs, one in brown & one in white. Here are some pictures:

Year it came out: 2007

These were my first Chanel glasses, I took care of them like they were my LIFE. There are NO noticeable scratches what so ever. The only complaint I have of them is the fact that they don't have nose pads. (Like all the other plastic frames) My nose bridge is VERY small so when I look down, it slides down a bit. The color is brown, and I bought it when it first came out. It's so pretty & matches with everything! If you are interested, I will send you more pictures. They are 100% Authentic and I think I still might have the receipt lying somewhere. It comes with the box, the eyeglasses case & a dust cloth. :)

These are my current frames. I think they look really really cute but I am getting a bit bored with them. They are so comfortable and I love the fact that they have nose pads! I got these LESS than a year ago. They are white with swarovsky crystals on the side. These frames are in great condition as well considering I got them about less than a year ago. The only defect it has on it is that when I was cleaning the glasses with alcohol (Had some makeup stains) I accidentally wiped out the "L" on the inner side. It is entirely my fault and not because the glasses aren't authentic. I have the entire package & papers of certification for this one. :)

Have you ever had a product that you LOVED but felt impulsed and curious to try other products? But no matter what, you find yourself going back to the same product over and over again ... like nothing else can compare to it. Well, that's how I feel about the ASPIRIN MASK. That mask is truly amazing; I first heard about it through Ricebunny from Xanga. It softens the skin, reduces redness, exfoliates, heals blemishes, heals acne scars and prevents new blemishes from forming. (Sounds too good to be true, doesn't it?) It is by far the cheapest and most effective mask I have ever tried. I have tried my fair share of masks, from LUSH to the body shop to Queen Helene & etc but whenever I have break outs from products/stress or whenever I get little bumps on my face, the ASPIRIN MASK always always ALWAYS saves the day. Here is a simple way to prepare your home-made mask!

Ingredients: (Got them for 99c each, just 2$ for the mask!)

1. Non coated Aspirin Tablets

2. Honey

Steps to beautification!
1. Take out 3 tablets and put it on your hand
2. SPRINKLE 2 drops of water on each tablet
3. Add 1 drop of honey on each tablet
4. Wait for around 10 seconds, mush it together & spread all over the face.
5. Leave the mask on for around 10-15 minutes, wash off while gently exfoliating.

It should look something like this

When washing it out, I gently use the specs of aspirin to exfoliate my skin. It does not feel too abrasive and it feels SO SO SO soft after I clean my face. Remember to always use a moisturizer afterward because all the exfoliating can be a bit over drying for the skin. Have you ever used the Aspirin Mask? VIVA GLAM VI Special Edition: This L/G is the prettiest L/G i've ever purchased. Its pink with a bit of lavender specs, it's too gorgeous for words!

CLINIQUE Dramatically different Moisturizer gel: The gel is for oily/combo skin where as the lotion is for dry skin. This is my 4th bottle, still going on strong ...

CLINIQUE moisture sheer tint SPF 15 in neutral: I don't know how I feel about this. I might return it because it's not as spreadable as I have hoped. Might get the Smashbox TM instead..

My free gift set that came with a 21.50$ + Purchase. The lady hooked it up and gave me 2 sets instead of 1. Yay me! :)

Smashbox photo finish primer with some samples - This product makes my skin velvety smooth but I'm not sure if it does much for my pores & lasting on makeup. I would need to use this longer to determine the effects.

I have been using the REFINED MSF from the sugar sweet collection and it has made my skin look so pretty! It gives just the right glow & color. (I am in love with peachy blushes) Can you say FLAW-LESS? (Note: All my pictures are unedited.)

Simple EOTD :Here, I applied light pink e/s all over the lid with purple liner on my lower lash line. I wanted something really simple but with a pop of color.

So yesterday was my girls birthday. We ate at a Cuban restaurant called Havana near Union Square in NY and lets just say that I have had WAY better food. The food was overpriced & the meat was so salty! We went to a comedy club afterward near West 3rd street & I had such a wonderful time! The comedians were hilarious, my face hurts SO much from laughing!

So I've been tagged by the lovely Mrs. Kalila & Valiohh on 10 honest things about me. Thanks so much for mentioning me girls! :) I was struggling to come up with 10 things about myself but I will try my best to come up with something personal since the point of this tag is to get to know the person better.

10 Honest things about me

1. I love to drink cold beverages all year round. I especially love my beverages with ice! I feel like i can get a better taste when it's cold. Heck, I would drink cold stuff in 15 degree weather!

2. I am only 5'1 and 97 lbs. Although people would describe me as "skinny", my weight really does NOT represent that at all. There is such a thing called "skinny fat" and I am definitely under that category. I am SO out of shape, jogging for 10 minutes will leave me out of air already. I should go to the gym more often but my studies are always in the way. I feel like I need to work on my legs the most because when I walk too much, my calves & feet starts to hurt. (I heard that has something to do with small feet too. I am a size 2Y - 3Y in kids!) I really really really want to buy the ISQUEEZE from Brookstone. It's a 400$ calves/foot massage machine, I don't know if I can mesh up the cash just yet. That machine is truly HEAVEN. Just 10 minutes on it will cure any soreness. I will buy it when i become a nurse one day :)

3. I can really relate to Valiohh when she said she doesn't have much "real"friends after HS. I have distant myself away from a lot of people because I realized they were just too fake, I didn't need them in my life. Honestly, you really don't need much friends, just those few ones that sticks by you.

4. My favorite cuisine is Italian. I love it! I love to eat, i just never gain any weight ,although I wish my stomach would be more toned :( Time to do some ab exercise but I am so lazy & they are so freaking tiring! I do like 10 crunches and I give up haha.

5. I am really afraid of death. The thought of it just scares me... I feel like it's something that I will never encounter but everyone will eventually go through that event. The most scariest thing is the fact that you will never know when it will happen. I see so many tragedies on the news everyday about young people dying. I think it's so tragic to see some people with bright futures die because of a reckless driver or a psychotic killer attacking innocent people.

6. I am slowly having faith and believing in God, thanks to my philosophy class. It really opened my eyes and inserted reason in my mind.

7. I love music! I feel like it connects to everything else in the world, it can bring people together and trigger many memories and people you once forgot about. I love singing along with the lyrics. I always sing when I'm riding on the train and I don't care if people watches me.

8. I am such a cry baby, I cry for the smallest thing. When I see someone get emotional, I myself would get emotional as well. I don't like scary movies cause those things are just too scary & gory.

9. I have a tattoo on my right feet. It has 4 stars ranging from big to small. It represents the important people in my life (pops, mama, sister & I) They are the ones who lifts me off my feet when I hit rock bottom, i love them so!

10. Last but not least, I enjoy good conversation and crazy laughs that will result in my stomach hurting. I havn't had those for awhile, oh how i miss thee.

GHD Fat hair lotion for all over volume $25

What it is/claims: Bodybuilding for hair, this revolutionary formula works like a mascara, plumping and thickening hair, while improving condition and shine. It also helps retain the hair's moisture and elasticity when heat-styling. Soy protein improves the hair's body and texture and adds a high-gloss sheen, while a blend of polymers add condition and volume, enhancing shine and manageability. Rayon microfibers increase body and texture and a ceramide-derived complex adds volume and shine while protecting against stress caused by chemical processes. It also acts as a smoother for the cuticles and improves cell cohesion along the hair shaft.

What I think: This is honestly, hands down the best voluminous hair product that I have ever used in my whole entire life. If you don't know me by now, I LOVE big hair. I love volume and have used a good handful of hair boosters. This is not sticky at all like the other products I've used. After you blow dry your hair , it feels so voluminous and clean. (Like nothing is in it.) You only need 1 pump of this; spread it on the roots of your damp hair, blow it out and BAM! Fat hair for the night and onto the next morning. I usually use this at night (for other products, it is less effective) but this product is a freaking MIRACLE, my hair looked like I just washed it with full oompth in the morning. Ladies, if you want volume, you NEED this in your life. 25$ is pretty steep for a hair product, but you really don't need much and this is BOMB FREAKING ASS! I would totally rate this a 5/5 and would be repurchasing when I run out. Lastly, let me tell you that I've been waiting for this item to go in stock for literally 4 MONTHS online. I received an email saying they were back in stock, I happily clicked on the link, and was disappointed to realize that it was out of stock again. This happened to me two times! It either sells out really damn quick or I'm just too slow. Anyway, it is still out of stock online, so you can only buy this in stores for now.

Guess Gwnevel pumps: I love these pumps, they look so chick and I can wear them with a nice dress or just for everyday use. They retail $120. They were on sale for 75$ with an extra 25% off, but it was accidentally marked down. The REAL sale was 90$ with a 25% off. Since they marked it down by accident, they had to give us an "honor", in which they HAVE to sell it to us for that price. The manager quickly told the employee to adjust the price of the pumps back to 90$, so I lucked out and only paid 60$! (Including tax) P.S. They look better in real life!

[1] LUSH'S Honey I wash the kids soap: This soap smells so good, I quickly jumped in the shower once I got home to test it out. It smells wonderful in the shower but the scent did NOT last long at all. Once I stepped out of the shower I can barely smell it. This does moisturize fairly well though, but I don't think I would repurchase this again because the scent doesn't last very long :(

[2] Lemslip butter soap: Got this as a sample, didn't use it yet. I only got a little slice and once I take a sniff at it, the smell is overpowering with obviously, lemons! I love it, I wonder how it's going to turn out? :)

LIFE IS SO GOOD! I'm starting spring break next week so I get a week off to relax & be a bum. I also passed my Chemistry test with a 105 and Anatomy with a 93, I am so damn proud I think I deserve to buy something for myself :) So I gave in and bought more stuff ... but my boyfriend was there with me so its not like I was buying stuff behind his back. (I promised him I wouldn't buy anything for 2 months, obviously that didn't go so well.) When we passed by Sephora, he asked me if I wanted to go in and I said NO! (I knew I would take 10 years in the store & buy more things) but he was like "Okay, we're going in!" WHAT!? It's not my fault, he dragged me in! haha.

I love love love all the things I got. I've tried the GHD Fat hair lotion in a sample before and it's basically a voluminous lotion for your hair. You put it on your hair when it's damp, blow it out and BAM! Full blown "fat" hair. The blush is such a pretty coral/peach color. I've tried the NARS orgasm and honestly, I really don't see any color on my face. The sephora brand however, is much more pigmented. I also picked up the lip liner, the pink makes my lips look so cute, perfect for nude lips!

[1] DUO eyelash adhesive glue for my lashes ($6.19) and H&M clips ($2.90 each)
[2] Shiseido Hadasui skin & body lotion : This stuff is so light & fresh, I love putting it on before using my Dr. Jarts BB cream. I got it in NY, 8th ave (sort of like China Town) for $10.00

Lush's Love Lettuce Face mask: I've tried it once and fell in love. This face mask has almond seeds in it to exfoliate your skin. This is definitely nothing compared to the Cupcake mask I've tried a few weeks before. The cupcake mask is for sensitive skin, it doesn't have any seeds to exfoliate but it's good for oily skin and lifts dirt up. Love lettuce not only exfoliates but it uncovers radiant skin as well. If you have sensitive skin, this might be too harsh for you because I had to scrub VERY gentle for it can be a bit abrasive. Overall, i would definitely repurchase this after 3 weeks. :)

Mandom Cleansing Express Sebum: I think this make up remover is just okay. I used it two times so far. But for 13$, I would like to imagine that taking off water-proof mascara would be a freaking breeze. Sadly, I still had trouble taking it off. I don't think I would repurchase this again because I would have to go through the hassle of ordering it from e-bay, maybe I'll start using olive oil after I run out of this!

Mandom Luicido-L Designing Aqua Hair curl Lotion Airy: This stuff smells SO good! It smells like grape fruit and it goes on very light. Due to all the raves about this stuff, I caved in and ordered it. I love curling hair and had a curling hair post before. Sadly, my curls DID NOT last as long as I hoped. I sprayed this on and curled my hair, after a few hours there were only minimal curls left on my tips. But I love the fact that this INCLUDES heat protector also! I would incorporate this Curl Lotion with my curling technique mentioned on my previous post. (That technique lasted me seriously all day & night!)

Legere White Multi BB Cream VS Dr. Jarts+ Black Label

Legere is a bit sheer and comes out of the tube very dark. Once it hits my face, it oxidizes so fast & I feel like it was a bit light for my face. For a BB cream that many claims perfect for those that are NC 35- NC 40, I really don't think so. What I do love about it is that it evens out the skin tone. Dr. Jarts+ on the other hand, is freaking AWESOME. It is a bit hard to blend but I spray on some Fix+ before applying it and everything is all fine and dandy. Dr. Jarts gives amazing coverage for a BB cream, evens out my skin tone, covers scars, and it is PERFECT for my NC 35 skin. I love love love Dr. Jarts!

I was really bored at home on Friday waiting for the bf to come over so I thought I'd try something that i've never done before. I finally got my stuff today from Sephora! I ordered:

The Trios: Apricot on the left, Bronze Trio on the right. I wanted a pretty shimmer blush after seeing Bunnie's Laura Mercier Blush. But it was pretty steep for 38$; So I went through the comments and some people said it's similar to the Bronze Trio BUT for cheaper! So i opted for that & ordered two because I could not decide on which shade to get! They are a bit small but the colors are freaking gorgeous!

Clarins Self Tanning Gel: I have made an oath to myself to NEVER EVER go tanning again. The last thing I need is premature aging skin and wrinkles when I'm 25! I still want a subtle glow and I've read so many great reviews on this product so I wanted to try it out. This is used for the face & body and comes out gel like.

My free samples (Took advantage of the 5 pack sample + coupon for 1 more) & My Dior HydrAction Delux sample, can't wait to try this out!

I went to the drug store today and picked up a few things:

CG Lash Blast: Love this stuff, this is going to be my third tube! It truly defines your lashes, seperates like no other & plumps it up! Got it for a great deal also. I've never tried the water proof one so I thought I'll pick that up.

Brucci L/S in Blooming Lilacs: I've never seen this brand before and when I was walking down the aisle, this color caught my eye. I was really disappointed when I found out Lavender whip was sold out. I tried it in the MAC store but I was hesitant to buy it because I wasn't sure if it was worth it for a L/S that I might not be wearing a lot. When I finally decided to buy it, I went back and it was freaking sold out everywhere! I believe it's a sign from god for me to not get it HAHA (to save money), but then this wonderful dupe came along. The packaging seems kind of flimsy but the color payoff looks pretty good for $2.75.

What it looks like on my lips, topped off with Sally Hanson's Lip Inflation in Clear.

I was also going through my palettes and found a lovely Lilac color! Here it is! :) It's the color on the top left. On my lips, I have vasaline underneath & the l/s on top.

As you can see, most of the stuff I got are really inexpensive. If you can't tell already, I LOVE a good bargain and am a bargain hunter. I believe that if it works good, heck, then WHY not!? I also ordered some stuff on eBay & ELF and HOPEFULLY that is going to be my last haul for awhile. I promised my boo that I won't be buying any makeup/beauty stuff for the next two months! Agh, I don't know if I can do it but I will try really really hard. I can't keep on spending money, I'm going to be broke soon if I keep spending like it's growing out of trees lol.

So due to the weather today in NYC, my school is canceled; yay! This gives me extra time to study & make a new post. I was going through all my perfumes yesterday and figured, hey, why not show you ladies what keeps me smelling delicious and the reason why my boyfriend can't keep his hands off me! [Haha, totally kidding... Maybe.] I ordered some stuff from e-bay & sephora and will be doing a hual eventually ... just can't wait till my babies arrive!

[1] Victoria's secret Pink perfume: I love this perfume, it has a light floral scent that smells like pink lemonade. I got 2 of these on sale for 3$ each! (14.50$ retail price)

[2] Clinique Happy: I got this perfume A LONG time ago. Maybe like, 5 years ago. I always like to keep the bottles and I never want to use it all. Anyway, I don't use this perfume anymore but it was one of my first perfumes ever. The smell is a floral scent and is described as Ruby red grapefruit, Boysenberry Bush flower and Hawaiin Wedding flower mix. I love this scent, it really does make me happy! You can get this for 39.50$ (1.7 FL. Oz) at sephora. [A really close dupe to this perfume is the new Optimism Aromatherapy spray from BBW, you can get that for 15$ or 2/20$. This is going to be my next purchase!]

[3] Clinique Happy Hearts: Another love of mine from Clinique. This smells so fresh. It is described to have water hyacinth, mandarin, cucumber, yellow primrose and blond woods. It smells so good, smells so youthful and it makes me happy. This is like a step up from Clinique Happy. You can get this for 39.50$ (1.7 FL.oz) at Sephora. (Skipped #4, it's the same thing)

[5] Ralph Lauren Romance: My most recent perfume. My bf got this for me for my birthday. I love love love this scent! Notice how I have so much of it, I rarely use it because I don't want to use it all up so fast, haha. This scent has a mix of Sun goddess Rose, Marigold, ginger, Chamomile Oil, Yellow Freesia, White Violet, Lotus Flower, Day Lily, Patchouli, Oak moss and Musk. It's such a calming smell, I fell in love with it immediately. This is 78$ for 3.4 FL.oz. (I also got the lotion & the shower gel, yummy!)

[1] Miracle by Lancome Paris: I got this perfume for my mom for Christmas. She really likes this smell and I do too. Again, this is a floral scent. (All my perfumes are floral scented.) This perfume makes you feel pretty & fresh. I also got my mom's name engraved in the back for free at Macys. You can get this for 55$ at Macys (1.7 FL. Oz)

[2] Chance by Chanel: This perfume belongs to my sister, but I honestly don't like this smell as much. It has a hint of floral scent to it, but it also has a hint of spice in it. It smells like what older woman would wear, lol. My mother, however, loves this. This is 80$ for 1.7 FL.oz.

[3] Ralph by Ralph Lauren: Another one of my first perfumes. I love love this perfume. I've been wearing this perfumes since JHS! This smells so different, it has so many floral scents mixed together, it smells so colorful I just love it! I got the 1.0 FL. oz for 28.50$.

[4] YSL Elle, Ralph Lauren Romance, Very Irresistible Givenchy samples - I got these samples from sephora or from the perfume packages I bought. They are so small, very good for travel. I usually bring these when I go to the gym, I can easily spritz some on. Love this stuff!

- Lastly, I was going through my pictures and will leave you off with this. A picture of the bf & I chilling at the beach on a summer night. I miss the summer, come already! (By the way, his cheeks looks puffy because he had 4 wisdom tooth yanked out that week. Ouch! He still has a smile on for me though so it's all good! :) )

Hair-apy! & BIG DILEMMA!

Hello lovelies! I'm so sorry I haven't been blogging lately. I have an Anatomy & Chemistry exam coming up on the same day so I have to study my ass off for that. Studying to become a nursing student is NOT an easy task, its so stressful!

Anyways onto a lighter note, here is my way of keeping my hair beautiful! My hair is basically damaged with all the dying and recently, I've dyed my blond highlights back to black again and my hair is COARSE as hell! I have been using these products for the past month and I have had positive results! Onto the products, we have:

[1] Opal One Minute Treatment
[2] Vo5 Extra Body Volumizing shampoo
[3] Vo5 Extra Body Volumizing conditioner

[1] Opal One Minute Treatment: I found this Hair mask in a typical Asian Market. It was 4.99$ So i thought hey, why not give it a try?

DESCRIPTION: " Nutrients: NaPCA, Aloe Vera, Vitamin B5 and Keratin Protein. They perform selectively and treat hair according to the degree of damage. The conditioning agents help to disentangle the hair and make it more manageable. One Minute Treatment leaves the hair light, with increased body and better manageability."

RESULTS: This hair mask leaves my hair feeling SO soft. I use this after I use the vo5 conditioner. My hair is almost ALWAYS tangled because it is so long and damaged. After using this, i just run my fingers through my hair and theres no tangles at all! I would rate this a 5/5.

[2] Vo5 Extra body Volumizing Shampoo/Conditioner: Honestly, I would never imagine myself using these products and actually LOVING it. First off, i got this because it was on sale for .79 CENTS! WHAT! This is less than a dollar PER bottle so I thought hey, why not? The economy is doing so bad and I just feel horrible for buying expensive products now-a-days, so I thought I'd give this a try and if i do like it, I will continue using it.

DESCRIPTION: Volumizing formula with an exclusive 5 pro-vitamin complex to maximize body and shine. Formulated for added bounce and body. Nourishes hair through weightless conditioning. Keeps color treated hair looking great. Includes a rich formula for 2x stronger hair. It maximizes body and bounce with collagen. This product is NOT tested on animals.

RESULTS: Honestly, I really really really love this shampoo/conditioner. It leaves my hair SILKY smooth and oh so manageable. I never thought my hair would come back to this stage again. It was as if I never ever dyed my hair. I love it! The only thing I don't like about this product is the smell of it. It doesn't smell like flowers, it smells a bit like detergent? I don't know ... but using the Opal cancels out the smell so I'm fine with it. At first, I thought it was the Opal that was leaving my hair soft. I used another brand of shampoo combined with the Opal and it wasn't as soft as opposed to using the vo5. This is "THE SHIT" to me as pink would like to say, and it's only .79cents! Perfect combo with the Opal and obviously, it's rated a 5/5 in my books!

After washing my hair, I use these products to style/enhance my hair:

[1] Sunsilk daring Volume Spray-on Mousse
[2] Sunsilk daring Volume Volumizing Spray
[3] Herbal Essences Long term relationship Leave-in Split end protector for long hair
[4] TRESemme Heat tamer spray

[1] Sunsilk daring Volume Mousse: This stuff is bomb ass! After I shower, I towel dry my hair and spray 2 handfuls of this baby on my roots. Let me tell you, this stuff is AMAZING and it works! It makes my hair SO full and smells great! I believe it's around 4 dollars, I would rate this a 5/5.

[2] Sunsulk daring Volume hair spray: I use this along with the Mousse. I find that this doesn't give as much body as the Mousse does, I just bought this to go along with the Mousse. This should be around 3.99$, i would rate this a 3/5.

[3] Herbal Essences Leave in slip end protector for long hair: Woah, this is such a long name haha. But anyways, I love love love this stuff. I feel like this product is made especially for me. My hair is about an inch away from my belly button and its loaded with split ends! After i shower, I would take 3 full pumps and run it through my ends. I have noticed a BIG difference after using it for 1 month. It smells SO good (like raspberry) and I love the fact that I can put it on wet or dry hair. This stuff WORKS, I've noticed a dramatically decrease in split ends. This product is around 3.99$ and I would rate this a 5/5.

[4] TRESsemme heat tamer spray: This is a basic heat protecter that I use whenever I curl or iron my hair. I love the scent to it, it minimizes heat damage and is enriched with vitamins. I got this for 4.99$ and i would rate this a 5/5.

Ok, ONTO MY BIG DILEMMA!

So i have had this big pimple on my cheek for awhile now and it is slowly dying down and drying out. It is still red but theres nothing concealer can't fix. So i went to the gym the other day and after i worked out for 2 hours, I noticed a color change on my pimple. It turned dark purple/blue almost like a black color! Oh my god, I don't know what to do. I had on Dr. Jarts BB cream and MAC MSF. I don't know why it happened but I was sure it happened after I worked out. I don't know what it is, and I don't know how to fix it! I am so sad and even if I put concealer on, the color is STILL very very visible. Seriously, it looks black to me!

It's the one on the top, the color looks so much like my beauty mark on the bottom WHICH is black! This is a picture with no makeup on. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I need help!

I know I'm late with the Valentines update but it really wasn't much. The bf and I just had a low key day. We hung out at home, watched movies, and ate at our favorite Italian Restaurant, Circles. I told him I didn't want anything (No flowers, no candy, none of that bull) because I knew he was running low on cash & he doesn't have a job so why bother. I was just expecting a card, and so I made him one myself too. I didn't want him to get me shit because he's such a sweetie, he would get my flowers out of no where & surprise me with decorating my room so I felt like it's Valentines day with him everyday (As cheesy as that sound, haha. Thank god he doesn't know about this blog or else he would've been gassed.) When I gave him my card, boy was I out did by! He got me one of those JUMBO cards with a fresh water pearl necklace! Before I opened it, he said "This is real, none of that shit you get from Forever21" LOL. Funny thing was, I was just wearing the Forever21 pearl necklace yesterday!

He picked out the lock himself, I LOVE IT! It looks so antique and precious!

I got the Angels on bare Skin from Lush, Vaseline Lip therapy treatment, Tinted Lip conditioner in Pink Fish and the Cute -Ster lipstick. (Will not be showing you the colors since it's all over the blogs) but so far I'm loving everything. I especially LOVE the Vaseline Lip therapy treatment, it makes my lips SO SO soft. The best part is, it's only 99c! I found this baby in the 99c store, and will be returning to purchase like 5 more :)

Mederma Review (Skin care for Scars)

Mederma, a Skin care for scars - What Mederma does is lighten and reduce the intensity of existing and new scars. I got this product a couple of weeks ago, and so far I must say it's been working like a charm! Its in a gel like formula, and it contains Water, Aloe, Leaf Juice, and Onion Bulb extract. (These are the main ingredients to lighten & moisturize)

Directions: Should be evenly applied and gently rubbed into the scar 3-4 times a day for 8 weeks on new scars, and 3-4 times a day for 3-6 months on existing scars.

Okay first of all, I only had this product for around 4 weeks and I can see my scars lighten up dramatically. Sometimes, I skimp on the usage of products because seriously ... 3-4 times a day?! For myself and most ladies, we have makeup on so we can't just be applying it in the middle of the day. What I do is apply in the morning before make up. When I get home, i take off my makeup and apply it again, and reapply at night. Sadly, I must admit that I am not a religious user of this product. Sometimes, I skip days, or I skip in between usages. I must be more consistent! I believe if i was consistent with the product, my scars will be barely noticeable by now. Anyway, I got this at a local drug store for 30$. It's pretty pricey for a drug store product but trust me, its well worth the investment. It's a product that I would definitely repurchase again if I ever run out. Go get yours now!

How to achieve beautiful voluminous curls!

So I thought I'll share my secret with you ladies out there. ;) It's pretty much VERY simple and it will last you seriously all day & night!

All you need is :

Curling Iron ( I have the Infiniti by Conair. Heats up to 395 degrees!)

Curlers. (You can get them at the .99c store, for best comfort I suggest you use the sponge ones.)

Heat Protector. (I use TRESemme thermal care.)

The process is pretty simple. First off, spray your hair with TREsemme heat protector. Since the heat settings for my curling iron is extremely high, I want something to protect my hair from the heat. (NOTE: This is the ONLY product that you will need for your hair. NOTHING else!)

Step 1: Curl your hair the regular way.

Step 2: Let go and there you see a nice curl.

Step 3: HOLD ON TO that curl and quickly apply a curler on. This is the main step where the heat traps into that curler giving it the shape!

Step 4: Repeat until you've done your whole head. Personally, I think this process is much easier because due to the curlers, you get to curl your hair in bigger chunks!

Leave this on OVER NIGHT. This is a crucial step. I have tried leaving it on for only 1-2 hours and it does not last all day. If you leave it on over night, the heat gets trapped in the curlers giving it the beautiful curls. You must leave it on overnight for the ultimate lasting power. (This is the reason why I recommended sponge curlers.) It doesn't matter if it gets messy while you toss and turn because the shape of the curls will stay put. I absolutely LOVE this technique because it takes around 10-15 minutes doing this and in the morning, all you have to do is take off the curlers and you're on the go! You don't need to wake up at the crack of dawn to do your hair. PLUS, this technique has more lasting power. Remember gals, it is NOT necessary to put any products in your hair, doing so will only weigh your hair down & kill the curls. :)

RESULTS: 8AM. (I forgot to take a picture in the morning, so I'll use a previous picture in which I have used the same technique to curl my hair.) The 2nd picture was taken over the summer when I didn't know about this curling technique. The curls were minimal and my hair was filled with YUCKY hairspray & products! See the differences in the curls?

OHMYGOSH, look at that! It looks freshly done. My sister just came in the room while I was typing this entry and shes like "Wow, did you just do your hair?" Oh no honey, i did it 10 hours ago! ;)
